Here's How It Works:
You get one visit every month for $375. We alternate what we focus on:
Preventive Care Months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov):
We come to your home and handle essential maintenance – things like cleaning gutters, servicing your HVAC, pest control, checking your roof, flushing your water heater, and seasonal tasks. These are the things most homeowners forget about until something breaks. We make sure nothing gets missed.
To-Do List Months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec):
We dedicate 2.5 full hours to your project list. Fix that squeaky door. Hang the pictures that have been sitting in the garage. Caulk the shower. Repair the fence. Install shelves. Whatever’s been piling up on your list, we knock it out.

Service Notes:
- Gutter cleaning includes up to 100 linear feet under normal conditions, not exceeding 22′ height. Additional footage billed at $1/ft.
